HeART’s Desire

Psalm 37:4 – “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Forty years ago, Art and Ann O’Dell, took their faith and desire and bought a little cottage tucked among evergreens near the shores of Crooked Lake in the northeast part of the Mitten.  Their family of four now is a family of twelve.  Two more cottages have been acquired to accommodate the summers that are full of knitting, campfires, music, card games and sleeping dogs.  Not much has changed in the forty years along Crooked Lake other than the desire of the heart has been passed down to generation to generation.  May you continue to take delight in the Lord…it has suited you well.
